A: Bulk/heavy materials (Sand, Bricks, Cement, Crush, Blocks) are currently delivered within Lahore and surrounding areas only, due to vehicle and logistics requirements. Finished goods — Faucets, Sanitaryware, Doors, Windows, Electrical items, Lighting, Paint, Furniture, Appliances, Tools, and Storage Organizers — are shipped nationwide via our courier network.
A: Delivery for bulk aggregates and heavy packages is priced by distance from our Lahore yards to your site and the vehicle type required (Shahzore, Mazda, or Dumper). Large fixed installations like Elevators & Escalators or bulk Solid Wooden Door packages are quoted individually, factoring in transport plus on-site installation/rigging where applicable.
A: Yes. We comply with Lahore's local traffic and No-Entry regulations. For sites in restricted zones or narrow streets, we coordinate a night delivery slot with you in advance.
A: Bulk sand/crush is unloaded hydraulically via dumper. Bricks, cement, blocks, and packaged finishing items do not include manual unloading labor by default — this can be arranged for a nominal fee if requested at order confirmation. Elevator and HVAC installations include professional installation as part of the service package (confirmed at quotation stage).

A: Yes. For bulk materials, you're welcome to visit our partner yards/warehouses in Lahore. For finished goods (Bath Tiles, Flooring, Faucets, Paint shades), you can request product images, technical spec sheets, or — where feasible — a physical sample before committing to a bulk quantity.
A: Inspect all deliveries at the time of arrival. If material is damaged or short, photograph it in front of the driver and refuse that portion of the delivery, or report it to our support team immediately. Once a delivery is accepted and the receiving slip is signed, damage claims cannot be processed.
A: Finished/hardware items can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Bulk materials can only be cancelled before the vehicle is loaded at our yard. Custom or made-to-order items (custom kitchens, elevators, fabricated doors) generally cannot be cancelled once production/procurement has started — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
